We collect certain categories of information depending on how you interact with InMobi Technology website directly from you when you provide it to us and automatically when you use the InMobi Technology website as described below.

1.1 Information You Provide to Us

If you choose to subscribe for notifications and updates on the InMobi Technology website, we will collect your name and email address when you subscribe. We may also collect your IP address when you visit the InMobi Technology website.

If you choose to apply for jobs at the career page, we will collect your name and email when you apply for a position with InMobi. With your discretion we may also collect the link to your LinkedIn and any other information relevant to the job that you would want to share with us.

InMobi Technology does not share/ sell this data to any third parties and personal information submitted would fall within the CCPA's B2B exception.

Please do not share any personal or sensitive information with us if you do not have the right to share the same.

1.2 Automatic Information Collection & Tracking

In addition to the personal information described above, we also collect certain information about your usage of the site. Specifically, our servers collect the following information automatically about your usage of the site:

  1. The type of web/mobile browser you use (e.g. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or another)
  2. Where you navigate within the site (e.g. the pages that you visit within the InMobi Technology website)

1.3 How We Use Your Information

We use the subscriber information that you provide to personalize the InMobi Technology website, comply with your requests, and inform you about products and services in accordance with your marketing preferences for business purposes.

We use your information provided on the career page, to contact you for any current job openings or scheduling interviews for the position that you may be interested in.

We use your usage information to analyse our traffic, to figure out how often business partners use parts of the site, to improve the site and generally to make it appealing.

The InMobi Technology Website may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Providing personal information to third-party websites or applications is at your own risk.

1.5 International Data Transfer

We may share your information with our Group and other third parties described above who are based in countries outside of your country of residence (for example, if you are an EU resident, we may share your information with our non-EU clients or Group). While some countries may not have data protection laws that are equivalent to those of the country in which you reside, we will take all reasonable measures to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and all applicable legal requirements.

1.7 Data Retention Period

InMobi may retain the personal information we collect as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use your Services, or as necessary to resolve disputes, establish legal defences, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

InMobi may retain the information it obtains about you as per the instructions of its customers or partners who provide such information or as required to fulfil our contractual obligations. In case any information is provided by you in participation of a survey, InMobi will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it collected it for.

After the applicable retention period, InMobi may retain and use such data in an aggregated format, as necessary for internal analytical purposes, to comply with its legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

1.8 Privacy Rights

InMobi Technology provides consumers with data subject or consumer rights as and when and to the extent required under such applicable laws.

California: The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) provides California residents with the right to know what categories of personal information InMobi Technology has collected about them and whether InMobi Technology has disclosed that personal information for a business purpose (e.g., to a service provider) in the preceding 12 months. The categories of sources from which we collect personal information and our business and commercial purposes for using personal information are set forth in “1.2. Automatic Information Collection & Tracking” and “1.3. How we use your information” above, respectively. The categories of third parties with whom we may share your information are listed in “1.4. Disclosure of Information” above.

California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information. Under the CCPA, “sale” is defined broadly and includes the transfer of personal information by a business to a third party for valuable consideration (even if there is no exchange of money). InMobi Technology may be deemed to be “selling” personal information. The categories of personal information we have “sold” and the categories of third parties we have “sold” personal information to in the preceding twelve months are listed in “1.4. Disclosure of Information” above.

Residents of the State of California (in the United States) have the following additional privacy rights:

Children Information. The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has uploaded personal information to our site without your consent, you may contact us privacy@inmobi.com. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information in violation of applicable law, we will delete any personal information we have collected, unless we have a legal obligation to keep it, and terminate the child’s account.

Non-Discrimination. California residents have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by us for the exercise of their rights conferred by the CCPA.

Authorized Agent. Only you, or someone legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child. To designate an authorized agent, please contact us as set forth in “1.10. Contact Information” below and provide written authorization signed by you and your designated agent.

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ information, we will post the new privacy policy on this page and attempt to notify you.
